Rovaly Sike BE Civil (Hons) MIEAust CPEng RPEQ NER CMEngNZ
Rovaly Sike is the founder and driving force behind our firm, bringing over 25 years of experience in delivering high-quality engineering and project management services across the Pacific. A Chartered Professional Engineer accredited with both Engineers Australia and Engineering New Zealand, Rovaly commenced his career in New Zealand and has led major infrastructure projects in the Solomon Islands, Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Fiji, and beyond.
Hailing from a small fishing village in Isabel Province, Solomon Islands, Rovaly combines technical excellence with a deep understanding of local contexts and business relationships. His approach ensures that projects meet international standards while remaining culturally appropriate, are fit for purpose and sustainable for Pacific communities. Passionate about climate-resilient development, he is committed to creating infrastructure that empowers people and fosters long-term growth.
Beyond his professional achievements, Rovaly values mentorship—both as a grateful recipient of guidance from industry leaders and as a dedicated mentor to emerging Pacific engineers. His vision for the firm is simple: to be a trusted partner in building resilient futures by leading creative, innovative and sustainable projects. He was a former Board of Directors member for Solomon Power where he chaired the technical board committee for more than 7 years.

Ralph graduated with an honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He is a natural structural & civil engineer who has passion in creating innovative solutions for clients and a talented investor in property development. He is a great listener and is always keen to learn from leaders who are successful and experienced.

Barry is a registered architect with the board of Architects Queensland, Australia and is a leading architect in creating bespoke buildings for clients. He has designed some iconic buildings in the Solomon Islands, Australia & Papua New Guinea and understands the importance of creating and delivering a building that is fit for purpose and sustainable for the local pacific island communities.

Jayden Sike BE (Civil) Honours
Jayden graduated with a honours degree from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. He has been strategically mentored in business entrepreneurship, property investment and block chain technology from his early teenage years. Jayden founded Creps Central in 2020 when he was only 16 years old, a sister company to SIKE and a very successful e-commerce business focusing on providing highly sought after and rare collectible items to the global market.

Melissa holds a Diploma in Business Finance from the Solomon Islands College of Higher Education and is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, and Public Administration at the University of the South Pacific. She is eager to learn, open to new experiences, and values the opportunity to gain knowledge and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Rosana Vaginoda Chan, Barch
Rosana Chan is a Graduate Architect who holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the prestigious University of Queensland. She supports projects from concept to completion, with strong skills in architectural design, documentation, and building inspection. Rosana is proficient in utilizing Revit for modeling and documentation, and leverages real-time rendering tools like Twinmotion and Enscape to create compelling visualizations that facilitate client engagement and design development. She is passionate about creating architecture that is both context-responsive and user-centric.
