The Challenge
The client is seeking to redevelop a two-storey building with a mezzanine level to accommodate two tenants and a workshop open space at the rear fitting for a consulting firm and a separate construction company. Following the destruction of the original building during the November 2021 riots, a key concern is ensuring the new structure is highly resi ient to future incidents, including fire and civi unrest.
Our Solution

These design options are to be presented and discussed with the client, with further assistance provided in selecting the most appropriate solution. The Challenge
The client aimed to complete a Chocolate Production Facility by September 2025, with work on site starting in May 2025. However, by August, progress had reached only the slab stage. Due to limited experience in construction, the client encountered challenges navigating the construction process – particularly in managing time ines, maintaining financia c arity, and coordinating with various stakeho ders, hence S KE was engaged.
